Please welcome Todd Martin, Deputy Scout Executive for the Heart of Virginia Council, Boy Scouts of America. Todd Martin is the Deputy Scout Executive for the Heart of Virginia Council, Boy Scouts of America. The council is responsible for building and maintaining camps, organizing new units, helping those that are struggling, training leaders, conducting activities and camps, and raising money to move Scouting forward.

Todd has been a member of the council staff since 1989 and is also a
Scout leader in Troop 443 at First Baptist Church in Richmond.
Todd earned his Eagle Scout award in 1984 and is a 1989 graduate of
the College of William & Mary.

He has been a member of the Richmond Rotary Club since 2010 and
was named Rotarian of the year in 2014.

Todd, his wife Wendy and their three children reside in Richmond’s
Fan district.
